With some of the most beautiful open spaces, parks, woodland and river walks nearby, you can be assured your dog will receive the exercise and mental stimulation they need to express their natural behaviours and most importantly, have fun!
I understand the commitment and time that owning a dog requires. Fitting in proper exercise for your beloved pet can be challenging in an already busy day. With Pickles Pets, you can relax knowing your dog is enjoying a safe, enriching walk tailored to their needs.
Walks may take place in local parks, forests or along scenic river paths. I cater for all dogs from gentle plodders who prefer a steady pace to energetic pups who love to run and play. To keep things interesting and stimulating, I vary walking locations regularly. Group walks are limited to a maximum of six dogs to ensure each one receives personal attention. After their adventure, your dog will return home clean, happy and tired.
Each walk lasts a full hour (excluding collection and drop-off time). Walks are available on a one-to-one basis or in small groups of no more than six dogs, depending on your preference. If you require longer walks, please don’t hesitate to get in touch I’d be delighted to help.
If your dog requires specific support or you are currently working on training, I am happy to reinforce any routines or guidance you have in place. I will always follow your instructions regarding feeding routines and any individual requirements.
My knowledge and experience come from many years working in kennels and as a Boarder Coordinator at Guide Dogs. In this role, I visited homes across Hampshire, Wiltshire and Dorset to interview potential Guide Dog Boarders and worked alongside trainers to support new volunteers in handling and caring for dogs of all ages.
For your peace of mind, I am fully insured. If you would like me to visit your home unsupervised, I have also been CRB checked.

Your dog will enjoy exploring a variety of locations on a fun one-hour group walk, with no more than six dogs per group.
Both dogs must be from the same household to join a group walk, based on a one-hour walking session.
Our One 2 One dog walking service gives your dog full attention and enjoyment on a solo one-hour walk, exploring a variety of locations.
Ideal for older dogs who enjoy taking life a little slower, with plenty of time to plod along, sniff, and enjoy a calm, relaxed 30-minute stroll.

For the dogs safety and owners peace of mind all dogs in our care have a GPS tracking device fitted on their collars whilst they are out walking and having fun. The devices use real time GPS technology to locate your dog anytime, anywhere.

We understand that, from time to time, owners may feel concerned about the safety and security of their dogs while in our care. Your trust is incredibly important to us, and we take this responsibility very seriously.
While dogs may enjoy off-lead time (with owner consent), we recognise that unexpected situations can arise during free play. For added peace of mind, we use GPS tracking devices that securely attach to your dog’s collar. This allows us to monitor their location at all times via a dedicated app, ensuring we can quickly locate them should they wander out of sight.
With this extra layer of safety, you can feel confident that your dog is always carefully supervised and protected.
We walk dogs in a variety of local settings, including parks, woodland areas, and riverside routes, carefully chosen to suit each dog’s individual needs and preferences.
